Q: What types of models do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in high-quality scale models including HO and O scale trains, diecast cars and trucks, military vehicles, and model kits from brands like Lionel, K-Line, MTH, and Tamiya. Our collection caters to both beginners and serious collectors.
Q: How do I know if a product is in stock?
A: All products displayed on our website are currently in stock at our Glendale, AZ warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you immediately after ordering.
Q: Do you offer rare or limited edition models?
A: Yes! We frequently acquire special edition models. Check our “Clearance” section for unique finds, and sign up for our newsletter to be notified about upcoming limited releases.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking
Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: We carefully prepare all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship worldwide except to certain remote locations in Asia and other specified regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Q: How are delicate models packaged for shipping?
A: Our warehouse team (fellow enthusiasts!) uses professional packing materials to protect delicate parts and decals. All models are securely boxed with appropriate cushioning.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 15 days from receipt to initiate returns for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Q: My model arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We’re sorry to hear that! Please email photos of the damaged item and packaging to [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping in these cases.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different model?
A: Currently, we only process returns for refunds. You’re welcome to place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions and never store full payment details on our servers.
