Return Policy
Eligible returns received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Eligible returns received beyond 90 days from the date of purchase or without a Radio Control Models proof of purchase will be issued a Radio Control Models Merchandise Credit.
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when accompanied by a Radio Control Models proof of purchase. If neither the customer nor Radio Control Models can locate this documentation, the refund will be issued at the value determined by Radio Control Models.
School Uniform items without a logo follow the return policy guidelines above. School Uniform items with a logo may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Personalized items, including, but not limited to, items with a monogram or embroidery, and items marked final sale may not be returned to Radio Control Models and are expressly excluded by this Return Policy.
All returns are final. Items sent to Radio Control Models outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
