Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to collectors worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
For international collectors, please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our scale models, train sets, and collectibles. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how our returns process works:
Eligibility Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of these collectibles, we cannot accept returns for:
- Clearance items (marked as such in our Clearance section)
- Opened model kits (Tamiya or other brands where seals are broken)
- Custom-ordered O Scale Structures & Loads
- Personalized or modified items
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order details using the template below for quick processing
- Wait for authorization – we’ll respond within 2 business hours with return instructions
- Ship your return using the provided shipping label (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover standard shipping costs for replacement items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Lionel rolling stock, MTH O Premier locomotive, or other item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring return of the damaged item in most cases
- For large items like O gauge track systems, special arrangements may be made
International Returns
For collectors outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
